Personal Training

  • Single: £30 per session

PT sessions involve a combination of cardio-vascular and resistance based exercise.

Cardio-Vascular (CV) exercise involves activities such as jogging, walking and cycling. The aim of CV exercise is to burn calories and ultimately reduce body fat. This type of exercise also improves heart and lung function resulting in a greater sense of wellbeing.

Resistance based exercise is more focused on increasing strength and muscle tone. Performing exercises using equipment such as dumbbells and resistance bands, resitance training will help you work the whole body and target specific areas.

Weight management and fitness

  • £250 for an 8 week course

Weight Management & Fitness is an eight week, fully tailored fitness and nutrition plan. It includes an eating programme, food diary review and weight management training.

In addition you will receive a 60 minute fitness session a week with an instructor in the comfort of your own home.

Fitness Check

  • £15 per session

An exercise professional will come to your home and carry out a health check and offer you advice on the following, which will be presented in a full colour report:

  • Body Fat Percentage
  • Blood Pressure
  • Recommended calorie intake
  • Hydration level
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Fitness Test
